Come next Sunday, August 10 11:30 to 17h at the 9th Festival Beausejour Park Rimouski intercultural. The festival will begin with a African percussion show. You are invited to bring your drums for you to integrate jam.
From midday you can enjoy foods and fruits from around the world.
At 13:40, it will be the parade of traditional dress . Also on the program, jugglers, belly dancers and flamenco guitarist Jorge Martinez and Sagapool.
Come out and chance to win prizes. You could win a getaway package at the Hotel Rimouski, a health and beauty package, a package adventure (kayaking excursion to the island of St Barnabas and games in the forest) or a basket of exotic products.
Being a friend of the daughter of the organizer of the festival, Mahnaz Fozia, I worked two years as a volunteer for the event. I can tell you that it is working very hard to bring you this festival. And it's worth. It is a rare opportunity to learn about other cultures in Rimouski, so do not miss this chance!
