Friday, August 8 at 15:30, you are invited to the Mitis River Park to attend a day whose theme take place around the mushrooms. The day will begin with a conference of Mr. Mathar Gaspésie Sauvage company that supplies some of the fungi most distinguished restaurants in Quebec.
Then you will be invited to make a picking wild mushrooms in the Parc de la Mitis. Finally, the day will end with a five-course dinner at the Villa Estevan of the Gardens where of course the mushrooms will be honored.
